Crock pot Salsa Chicken

Crockpot Salsa Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts

1 Cup Salsa
1 Package Taco Seasoning
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Add everything to Crock Pot (except Sour Cream). Cook on LOW for 6-8 Hours. Stir in Sour Cream at the end and serve over rice, with cheese and guacamole if you want.
