Granola

made this today, just trying to keep track of ingredients(ish) so I'll know what I've tried....



½ cup local honey

¼ cup agave nectar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon molasses

Heated that in the microwave until the coconut oil was melted...

In a large glass bowl:

4 cups oats
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla

Pour in heated mixture and mix it up.  Then I added 3 scoops Nectar unflavored protein powder.  Mixed it all together, spread on jelly roll pan, baked at 325°f for 15 minutes.  Then turned it all over, and baked another 10-15 minutes.

After it cooled I needed my husband to crack it, and put it in a tupperware cereal container with dried mixed fruits and raisins.....
